Harbour Locations
Golden Queen arrives/departs from Sanur (Matahari Terbit), Padang Bai, Nusa Penida (Toya Pakek), Gili Air, Gili Trawangan and Lombok (Bangsal). For check-in, please proceed directly to their offices at least 30 minutes before departure time.
In Bali, Padang Bai the office is located in front of Omang- Omang café & Restaurant at Jl. Silayukti No.12.
On Nusa Penida check in/arrival is located at Toya pakek.
On Gili Trawangan the ticketing office is located in front of Beach Wind beach Bungalow, next to CIMB Niaga ATM
On Gili Air it is located in front of the free dive school and on Lombok from Bangsal Harbour, North Lombok.

Cancellation & Amendment Policy
The full ticket price is charged for any cancellations made less than 3 days before the departure.
Cancellations made within 7 days = 25% refund minus any charges applied to make the refund (see the general Terms and Conditions for cancellation charges).
Cancellation made less than 14 days = 50% refund minus any charges applied to make the refund (see the general Terms and Conditions for cancellation charges). Outside 14 days, you will receive a full refund minus any charges applied to make the refund (see the general Terms and Conditions for cancellation charges).
